- 1-day Engagement/Advocacy dialogue with influential (traditional, religious, legislators, influencers, artists etc.) in Ekunle and Malete – Iseyin LGA and Ogan and Ayetoro-Oke, Kajola LGA to get their buy in and support for elimination of FGM and other forms of violence.
- Mapping of Community Based Youths and Women groups to create awareness on movement for good and conduct House to House sensitization and other natural community groups.
- 1-day capacity building and orientation meeting with the executives of the Community Based Organizations (youth &women) to create awareness on Female Genital Mutilation and Movement for Good and also conduct House-to-house sensitization and advocacy on elimination of FGM
- House 2 House advocacy and sensitization on elimination of FGM; and also, secure individual and household level pledges – 1,014 households reached in 4communities
- Focus Group Discussions with community-based women groups around providing support for survivors of FGM
- 3-day training of 16 communityfacilitators from CBOs on adolescents’ kitsfor expression and Innovation.
- 8 sessions training of 300 adolescents’ girls as Girl Gender Champion/Peer Facilitators (PFs) using Adolescents kits for expression and innovation.
