Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in auditing software and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Admin Assistant

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

3. Content Creator

Educational Background:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Ability to create engaging and high-quality content.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

4. Store Keeper

Educational Background:

  • First Degree or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
