At Lanlate Galilee on Easter Monday, our #Act2EndFGM Youth Activist – Adeniyi Opeyemi led 3 other CBO members – Oladeesu Muyiwa, Adebisi Ifeoluwa and Shittu Kehinde to hold sensitization on elimination of Female Genital Mutilation, Gender-based Violence, Violence against Women and Children, and Child Marriage.
Christian Faithfuls had gathered in their large numbers to celebrate the resurrection Jesus Christ. The team leveraged on the opportunity due to the existing relationships with Christian leaders to sentize people who were in attendance.
