About Safe Online Youth Fellowship Program
The Safe Online Youth Fellowship is a part of the 2024 Safe Online Program with Meta program targets youths with a passion for digital safety, offering specialized training and opportunities to advocate for responsible and secure online behaviors among young people.
This initiative not only educates but actively involves participants in implementing and leading digital safety projects and interventions.
The Safe Online Youth Fellowship is designed to engage and empower youths, particularly NYSC corps members to become leaders in digital safety within their communities in Lagos and Ogun States through the implementation of NerdzFactory Company.
Program Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
- Must be currently teaching in a school in Lagos and Ogun State.
- Must have a strong interest in promoting online safety and digital literacy.
- Available for a 3-day physical bootcamp (date to be communicated)
