Title: Call for Expression of Interest and Submission of Quotation (Vendor Registration)

Background Founded 2010 and registered with CAC in 2018, the Trailblazer Initiative Nigeria works consistently at the grassroots level, rural and urban communities, schools, with individuals, Faith Based Organizations, CBOs, NGOs e.t.c to create an enabling environment and a better society where poverty, corruption, health challenges, Gender-based violence, harmful traditional practices e.t.c all become a thing of the past – a new Nigeria devoid of humiliation and oppression where peace, love and joy will reign, a nation where maximum total output can be attained in our finance and economy.
To strengthen our efforts, TBI therefore invites qualified vendors to register with them and submit quotations.
Details of Invitation
- TBI invites all prospective suppliers and service providers (Including current TBI suppliers) to apply for registration in TBI Head and regional Offices at Ado-Ekiti, Efon-Alaaye and Osogbo. This is to enable them get registered and uploaded in TBI’s procurement / suppliers Database.
- This is in line with TBI procurement principle of Transparency, Equal Opportunity and competitive supply.
- The purpose of the Database is to give all prospective supplier an equal opportunity to submit quotations to TBI and to enhance transparency and equity in the procurement processes.
The Purpose of this Invitation:
- To pre-qualify and select new suppliers for the forthcoming purchase requirement
- To early identify and verify vendors office, shop or warehouse
- To enter into framework agreement /contract for strategic goods and services and select new suppliers for purchase requirements.
Scope of Work

- Catering Services Vendors
- Car-Hire Vendors
- Stationaries Vendors
- Printing Vendors
- Computers Accessories
- Maintenance Vendors.
Please, note that all interested parties that meet the above criteria, are to submit along with current price(s) of their goods/services on their company letter head using the following format:

Interested suppliers and service providers are requested to submit their Application for Declaration of Interest which should be sealed in an envelope, addressed, and clearly marked as follows:

- Selected Vendors will be contacted for next stage assessment. TBI reserved the right to close the application on or before the deadline. TBI does not charge any fee for application.
