Trailblazer Initiative Nigeria is seeking dedicated and skilled volunteer trainers/facilitators to join our free vocational empowerment program. This program aims to empower vulnerable 40 in and out-of-school adolescent girls, Female Genital Mutilation survivors, ex-FGM circumcisers, youths, and women by providing them with marketable skills that can lead to financial independence and improved livelihoods.

Areas of Training
We are looking for volunteers with expertise in the following areas:
- Bag Making
- Tailoring
- Liquid Soap Making
- Graphics Design
- Hairdressing
- Web Design
- Catering (Cake, Snacks, chap man etc)
Responsibilities
As a volunteer trainer/facilitator, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting Training Sessions: Delivering practical and theoretical lessons in your area of expertise.
- Assisting in the development of training materials and curricula.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance and mentorship to participants to help them apply their new skills.
- Assessment: Evaluating the progress of participants and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience and skills in the specific vocational area you wish to train.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to volunteer for a minimum of 3 – 6 months.
- Passion for empowering vulnerable populations and making a positive impact in the community.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit the needs and learning styles of participants.
