SUMMARY:NGO Coaching and Mentoring Programme
DESCRIPTION:In starting organization\, we often suffer from various growing pains: \n\nfinding donors\nfinding volunteers\ncommunicating and engaging with donors and volunteers\ncompleting the cycle of actually getting donations\nfinding staff\ngetting new programs off the ground—and then running them\nfinding myself in the middle of a new and emerging technology wave\n\nHaving worked with so many of you\, we realized that you are not alone. Many organizations had also struggled with the same challenges. So we decided to begin compiling my experiences: the tools and techniques that we found had worked. We then used them to develop a series of training programs to address our common needs and challenges. \nWe help you to dream big and to be able to back up your dreams with meaningful\, action-oriented programs and projects. \nThe training programs will help you: \n\nbuild skill sets and visibility for a new job or promotion\nbetter identify potential donors\ncollect compelling stories from your programs\nboost donor marketing and communications (and donations!)\nincrease online donations (using emerging web technologies!)\ndevelop projects that solve challenges and that can be funded\nlearn time-saving techniques for getting everything done\nlearn to better manage projects\n\nOur training programs fall into three main areas: \n\nnonprofit marketing and communications\ndeveloping resources online: donations\, volunteers\, subscribers and AdWords grants\nproject/program design\, funding\, management and reporting\n\nWe are lucky to have been able to work with those of you who are : \n\nExecutive Directors and Communications\, Development and Program Directors\nAdministrative Coordinators\nProgram Coordinators\nVolunteer Coordinators\nGrant Writers\nBoard Members\nDonors\nPeople hoping to transition into the nonprofit world\n\n Personalized Training \nJust starting out? Our initial training programs help people with a new idea learn the basic\, simple things needed to get started—and to then incorporate proven activities to get a quick win the first time.
