In managing programs and projects, our organization adopts the United Nations Development Group results-based management approach.

Our RBM focuses on the planning, implementation follow-up, evaluation and management of the whole project and operations cycle e.g. the handling of the change process from start to finish. The purpose of this is to achieve as positive and sustainable results as possible.
